In 4M 2023, Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg, the Bank) issued rural mortgage loans for over RUB 10 billion. More than 2.5 thousand families were able to improve their living conditions.
Based on the results of issuing loans under the Rural Mortgage State Program, in the first four months of 2023 the program was most in demand among residents of the Republics of Udmurtia and Tatarstan, which account for 7% of issuances each. The leaders in issuance also include the Republic of Bashkortostan (6%) and the Tyumen region (5%). The average age of rural mortgage clients is between 30 and 45 years old. As a rule, these are families with children.
RusAg promotes the development of rural areas through the ‘Svoe Selo’ digital platform, which is part of the Bank’s ecosystem ‘Svoe’. The number of users of the platform that was launched in May 2021 exceeded 1.5 million, and the number of suburban real estate objects presented on it exceeds 1 million. More than 1,600 accredited contractors are registered on the platform; users are offered more than 2,700 standard country house projects, as well as more than 9,000 services for repair, construction, design, engineering, landscaping and home improvement.
